中國鋼結構協會召開“375米全鋼超高層結構施工關鍵技術研究”科技成果評價會

2023年4月(yue)16日,中國鋼結構(gou)協會組織召開(kai)“375米全鋼超高層結構(gou)施工關鍵技術研究”科技成(cheng)果(guo)評價會。該成(cheng)果(guo)由中建(jian)八局(ju)新型建(jian)造工程(cheng)有限(xian)公(gong)司完成(cheng)。

評價(jia)會邀(yao)請中(zhong)國寶武鋼鐵集團有(you)限(xian)(xian)(xian)公(gong)司(si)首席專(zhuan)家賀(he)明玄教授(shou)級(ji)高(gao)(gao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)為組長,上(shang)(shang)海(hai)交通大學趙(zhao)金(jin)城教授(shou),上(shang)(shang)海(hai)建筑設(she)計研究院有(you)限(xian)(xian)(xian)公(gong)司(si)總工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)師(shi)(shi)姜文偉教授(shou)級(ji)高(gao)(gao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)、上(shang)(shang)海(hai)建工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)集團股(gu)份有(you)限(xian)(xian)(xian)公(gong)司(si)總工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)師(shi)(shi)陳曉(xiao)明教授(shou)級(ji)高(gao)(gao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)和上(shang)(shang)海(hai)寶冶(ye)集團有(you)限(xian)(xian)(xian)公(gong)司(si)項目管(guan)理部總工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)師(shi)(shi)肖瑾教授(shou)級(ji)高(gao)(gao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)為成(cheng)員。中(zhong)建八局新型建造工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)有(you)限(xian)(xian)(xian)公(gong)司(si)總工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)師(shi)(shi)孫加齊、局技術管(guan)理序列專(zhuan)家馮國軍、副總工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)師(shi)(shi)陳海(hai)洲、科技質(zhi)量部經理石(shi)文井等項目主要完成(cheng)人參加會議。

會上,中(zhong)建八局新型建造工程(cheng)有限公司廣商中(zhong)心項目(mu)(mu)總(zong)工程(cheng)師熊自強(qiang)代表項目(mu)(mu)組,匯報了項目(mu)(mu)研(yan)究背景(jing)、關鍵(jian)創新技(ji)術(shu)及成果應用等內容。評價專(zhuan)家(jia)們審閱了技(ji)術(shu)資料(liao),經質(zhi)詢和討論,認為(wei)項目(mu)(mu)組針(zhen)對“375米全鋼超高層結(jie)構施工關鍵(jian)技(ji)術(shu)研(yan)究”課題開展了專(zhuan)項研(yan)究,取得的主要創新成果如(ru)下:

1.發(fa)明了(le)“一種巨柱腳(jiao)分單元施工方法及(ji)其預制(zhi)支(zhi)架”和“一種巨型埋入(ru)式柱腳(jiao)可調節裝(zhuang)置(zhi)”,解決了(le)巨型柱腳(jiao)精確(que)安裝(zhuang)的難(nan)題,提高了(le)施工效(xiao)率。

2.發明了(le)(le)“一種六支座下承支撐式塔吊支撐體系(xi)”和“附著面(mian)收縮情況下動(dong)臂塔吊爬(pa)升(sheng)輔助結(jie)構”,解決了(le)(le)支撐體系(xi)高(gao)效(xiao)轉運(yun)及鋼柱附著面(mian)截面(mian)收縮時塔吊爬(pa)升(sheng)難題。

3.研(yan)發(fa)了全鋼內(nei)筒(tong)斜(xie)柱(zhu)轉換節(jie)點制(zhi)作和安裝技術,解決(jue)了巨型(xing)斜(xie)方柱(zhu)相貫和“Y”形(xing)交叉變截(jie)面傾斜(xie)巨柱(zhu)施工難(nan)題(ti)。

該研究成果取得(de)(de)了(le)專利8項(xiang)(其中發明專利5項(xiang))、省(sheng)部級工法2項(xiang),發表(biao)論文9篇(pian),并在廣商中心大廈得(de)(de)到了(le)示(shi)范應用(yong),經濟效(xiao)(xiao)益和社會效(xiao)(xiao)益顯著,具有廣闊(kuo)的應用(yong)前景。

專家組認為該(gai)成果總體(ti)上達到(dao)國際先(xian)進(jin)水(shui)平,其中“全鋼內筒斜(xie)柱轉換節點(dian)制作和安裝(zhuang)技術”達到(dao)國際領先(xian)水(shui)平。
